The Polish Embassy in Vietnam announces that 33 paintings of Vietnamese landscapes by Polish artist Franciszek Ryszard Mazurek will be displayed at an exhibition in Hanoi from March 3rd to 10th.
Visiting Vietnam in October 2011 for an exhibition by the Embassy of the beautiful landscapes of his homeland, the Lublin region, he was quite taken by Vietnamese scenes.
The 33 paintings depict the beauty of popular places such as Hoan Kiem Lake and Tran Quoc Pagoda.
Since 1979, he has held 30 individual exhibitions in Poland, Ukraine, Germany, France, United Arab Emirates, Romania, Belgium and Vietnam. He also participated in 11 group exhibitions in several countries.
The exhibition will open at 29 Hang Bai Street, Hanoi, on March 3rd.
